A nice ride around much if the Syfydrin Trail with Steve. This was Steves first real taste of mountain biking and I think he enjoyed it. Pretty hot on the climb though, but good fun.

Steve had some mechanical issues that meant he was stuck in the middle chain-ring. Not a huge problem it just meant he couldn\'t slow down on the uphill bits!

All followed by a paddle in the sea, and Indian Takeway and some beer.
